1. Ownership
You retain all ownership rights and intellectual property rights in the content you create, upload or share through 1% Better ("Your Content").
2. Licence to us
To operate the service for you, you grant One Percent Edge AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, display and process Your Content. This licence exists only so we can deliver the service to you — for example syncing across devices, generating AI responses, producing weekly reviews, backing up your data and showing it back to you.
3. AI training
We do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models, and we do not sell Your Content. Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be used internally to improve the product.
4. Responsibility for Your Content
You confirm you have the right to share Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Deletion
When you delete content or your account, the licence above ends with respect to the deleted content (subject to short technical retention in encrypted backups described in our Data Retention Policy).
6. Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the product, without obligation to you.
