1. Billing
The 1% Better subscription is £9.99 per month, billed in advance. Any alternative plans (for example annual or promotional pricing) are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
2. Trials
We offer a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. No payment card is required to start and you get full access during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start automatically and you will be charged the published price for your chosen plan.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. We will email you a receipt after each successful payment.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the billing area in your account, or by emailing hello@onepercentedgeai.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
5. UK consumer cancellation right (14 days)
UK consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract for digital content under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By starting to use the paid features during this period you expressly request that we begin supply immediately and acknowledge that, where the service is supplied as digital content, the right to cancel may be lost once supply begins. Where the right still applies, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
6. Refunds outside the 14-day window
Outside the statutory window, refunds are at our discretion. We will normally consider a refund where there is a serious service failure that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. You will be given at least 30 days' notice by email before the change takes effect on your account. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
8. Failed payments
If a payment fails we may retry the charge and pause access until payment is received. If we cannot collect payment we may cancel the subscription.
9. Taxes
Prices include applicable UK VAT where required. For users outside the UK, local taxes may be added at checkout.
